Sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat for 10 minutes or until golden. Stir in rice and seasoning packet, tomato sauce and water. Bring to boil. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat until all liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and pine nuts. Rinse grape leaves in cold water and dry thoroughly. Place leaves rib side down. Place well-rounded teaspoon of filling in center of leaf. Fold both sides over to center. Fold over one end and roll up. Arrange in 2-quart casserole, seam side down. Add 2 cups water. Weight stuffed leaves with plate. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.</p>

1 TB organic Dijon mustard<br />
dash of tabasco sauce<br />
1 TB minced garlic<br />
1 tsp white pepper<br />

1 tsp cayenne pepper<br />
2 TB unsweetened ketchup<br />
1/2 cup green onions, chopped</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">How to Prepare</span>:</strong><br />
Boil shrimp with onion, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne. Peel and devein shrimp. Coarsely chop shrimp and set aside.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Combine rest of ingredients (except for green onions) in a mixing bowl or food processor. Mix well; add shrimp and green onions. Allow to chill at least one hour before serving.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Hint: Serve with whole grain breads, crackers, and plenty of vegetables to lower the overall percentage of fat calories of the entire meal.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Mince the scallions, including all the green except damaged or wilted ends. Sauté on medium heat in 1 tablespoon of oil. Scrape into a small bowl and set aside.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Add the rest of the oil to the same skillet and cook the mushrooms over average heat until all the liquid has boiled off or been reabsorbed and the mushroom pieces are firm and lightly brown.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Stir in the cooked scallion bits, add lemon juice to taste and scrape the mixture onto a cutting board. Chop into coarse-textured caviar and turn into a bowl. Stir in the sour cream and season to taste with salt, black pepper and a generous pinch of cayenne.</p>
